Giving Back

Faith City Mission in Amarillo, Texas began in 1951 when Bea and Dick Hogan had a heart to help those less fortunate. For 69 years, Faith City Mission has been transforming lives that are broken and lost by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ,  feeding the hungry, giving away clothing, and providing shelter to those in need.

In 2019, Faith City Mission

served over 73,233 meals,

3868 pieces of clothing were given away,

8286 nights of safe shelter were provided,

45,361 people attended a chapel service resulting in  509 salvations and 180 rededicatirons to Jesus Christ.

For the past 15 years, Dr. Shane has been going to the Mission on Thursday at lunch to provide chiropractic care to the students in the recovery program as well as staff at his expense. Miracles of healing routinely happen at Faith City.  Dr. Shane currently serves on the Board of Directors.
